Suamico is in Brown County and is one of the best places to live in Wisconsin. Living in Suamico offers residents a rural feel and most residents own their homes. In Suamico there are a lot of parks. Many families live in Suamico and residents tend to be conservative.

- Campsites with water hookup? Suamico is a village located in Brown County in the state of Wisconsin, and has a population of approximately 11,346.
- Howard-Suamico schools spell out plan for daily in-person classes starting Feb. Green Bay's is the only Brown County school district not offering at least some in-person classes.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions Regarding the former Eagle's Nest Land Acquisition
- Annual Permit: $60
- Senior Permit: $50 (62 & over). A Senior Sticker can only be purchased in person at vendor locations or at the Brown County Parks Department.
- Commercial/Guide Permit: $75 - Commercial business and fishing guides may purchase one additional sticker for $5. Any additional stickers after the second additional sticker are $75 each. Commercial stickers are defined as any boat being used for business purposes (i.e. fishing guide services, construction services, boat dealers, etc.).
- Additional Permit: Unlimited additional stickers can be purchased for $5 each for other watercraft owned by the same person. They must provide the registration receipt from the first sticker and proof of ownership of additional watercraft to purchase additional stickers. Registrations must be current.
- Purple Heart Permit: Purple Heart recipients are eligible to receive one free annual boat launch sticker. Recipients must come to the Brown County Parks Office at 2024 Lakeview Drive, Suamico to receive their annual sticker

Hunting on County Park Lands - Barkhausen, Fonferek's Glen, Lily Lake, Neshota Park, Reforestation Camp and Vande Hei Property
Following is a summary of the regulations for those parks open to hunting:
- Firearms & bows for hunting purposes are permitted only in open areas during specified times & dates.
- Permanent blinds and stands are not permitted. All stands and blinds must be removed at the close of each day. Trees and vegetation cannot be removed.
- Baiting allowed (or not allowed) per State DNR mandates. See current DNR regulations for baiting rules and regulations.
- Possession of any firearm or bow, unless enclosed in a case or unstrung, is prohibited in any closed area.
- Permission must be obtained from park staff before pursuing any wounded game within a closed area. Respect adjacent private property rights.
- SMALL GAME AND TURKEY HUNTING AND TRAPPING ARE NOT PERMITTED ON ANY COUNTY PARK LANDS.

Waterfowl Hunting:
Waterfowl hunting is permitted along the shoreline areas at the Fort Howard Paper Foundation Wildlife Area and at Lily Lake Park during the regular waterfowl season. Bag limits, daily hours, and licenses are in accordance with those rules and regulations established by the Wisconsin DNR. There is NO early goose, teal, extended muzzle-loader, youth gun hunts or additional deer hunts on any park properties. All other park lands, except those listed above will be closed to hunting.

There are several different bodies of water such as Lily Lake, Reforestation Camp ponds, the Bay of Green Bay, connected tributaries and Lake Michigan to enjoy the fishing tradition.
A study completed by the University of Wisconsin Whitewater in 2019 indicates the Bay of Green Bay creates over $263.9 million in annual economic benefits, generates over $14.8 million in annual state and local taxes and supports over 2,711 full-time jobs.
